Puppies really enjoy it when their owners give them attention. When you spend time with your puppy, either pet or play with them, it makes them super happy.
You can see it in their wagging tails and excited eyes – they love being the center of your attention!
Puppies are like little social butterflies, and when they know you’re paying attention to them, it makes them feel loved and secure.
Have you ever noticed how your puppy follows you around or nudges you to play? That’s because they crave your attention and enjoy being close to you.
Whether it’s gentle pats on their back or some cheerful words, your puppy soaks up the love and care you give them.
This attention helps build a strong connection between you and your furry friend, making them feel like an important part of your life.
So, next time your puppy nudges you or looks up with those puppy eyes, know that they’re just asking for a little love and attention!
As adorable as puppies can be, they’re also ‘ruthless’ whenever they don’t get what they want.
Just take a look at this little cutie Frenchie, Oliver Klaus.
When he was just a few hours old, this tiny furball was surrendered to Roadogs Rescue because of his cleft palate.
Roadogs Rescue is a non-profit group dedicated to helping sick bulldogs and puppies with special needs, working tirelessly to improve their health and find them loving homes.
Their mission extends to promoting kindness and compassion toward all animals, emphasizing the importance of caring for our furry friends.
The origin of the name “Roadogs” reflects the founder’s passion for classic cars.
With over a decade of experience in dog rescue, she became deeply committed after adopting Huxley, an English Bulldog, following the loss of her Pit Bull, Vinny.
This unexpected bond strengthened her resolve to rescue bulldogs, reinforcing the belief that these dogs, often labeled as “Lovable Lemons” due to health issues, deserve the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives.
Roadogs Rescue encourages the idea that we all need a “Road Dog” in our lives, emphasizing the mutual support and care that can be extended to both humans and their four-legged companions.
Surviving the first few weeks of his life.
Oliver’s then-adoptive human mom, Jessica, took her in together with another rescue American bully pup, Coraline.
The two puppies became friends.
They slept, ate, pooped, and cuddled together. Sadly, poor Coraline crossed the rainbow bridge and left Oliver after their short-lived friendship.
Thankfully, Oliver Klaus thrived and grew strong. He likes napping on her mom’s neck and arms, and he loves being rocked to slumber like a baby.
When the cute Frenchie turned 1-month-old, he was transferred to a “big boy pen” where he has a cozy bed, toys, and everything else he needs.
Although he’s already considered a “big boy”, he still can’t get enough of his mom’s cuddles. In fact, he still loves to be rocked to sleep just like before.
But once he doesn’t get what he wants, Oliver turns into a ‘wolf.’
Not literally and not even figuratively, but just like what every baby normally does, this little fur baby creates howl-like sounds whenever mom doesn’t give him love.
But why does he make such a sound?
Some dogs howl when they feel sad or lonely, especially when they are left alone.
It’s like their way of sending a signal for help. You might notice them howling when you leave, and your neighbors might hear it too.
Dogs really like being around people, and some dogs, known as “velcro dogs,” love attention a lot.
When they’re alone, they might howl to show they’re feeling sad and miss being with their human friends.
Watch the video below to see Oliver show his ‘wolf’ side when things don’t go his way.
